Can I return a be chained bracelet?

Our bracelets cannot be returned. If the jewelry does not fit in some way, we will find a solution. Once the thumb/wrist cord has been custom-sized, it cannot be returned

I can’t get the thumb part over my thumb, what should I do?

If your thumb is too large, you can return your be chained

I have trouble with the cord in the triangle, what should I do?

If you cut the cord properly and gently push the end into the triangle with your thumb and forefinger, you should be fine. Then, by making a rotating pushing motion and turning the cord a bit more (along the screw), it should fit securely

The thumb/wrist part becomes looser over time, what should I do?

If you loosen the screw with the provided screwdriver, you can tighten the cord
